How to loose 10kgs in 12 weeks

How I did it: 1. I started walking to and from work every single day (1hr of walking per day)
2. I started tracking what I ate
3. I made my portions lower
I've been eating a lot more tuna
Taking iron tablets
I don't know how come it took me so long to lose weight because it has been really quite easy to lose this weight.. it was all about cooking at home more .. hardly eating out .. and i guess the walking every day really helps
very proud of myself .. i want to get down to 60kgs and then try to get down to 55kgs :) wish me luck :)
