How to limit fastfood intake...NOT EAT FASTFOOD!

How I did it: Got some cool tools to make food at home. I treat myself once a week (2 when I am WAY too lazy) but back in the day we were eating fast food every other day for lunch. It was somewhat insane. Travel and being busy always makes it worse but so far through finding balance in other areas of my life I am finding it in my intake as well.
