How to give up caffeinated coffee
"It wasn't as hard as I thought."
How I did it: I didn't have headaches or feel any cravings at all. I thought I would be tired every day but I'm not. I wish all my goals were this easy to achieve. Instead of coffee I have green tea or water instead.
Lessons & tips: Just try it. If you drink a lot or have headaches, slowly reduce the caffeine content.
