How I did it: I committed to drinking my tea, and brought in teas to work and kept my tea kettle out to remind me to drink tea at home.  I took breaks when I burned out, and avoided most hot tea in our hot summers, but slowly but surely progress happened.
Best of all, most of my tea was gifts from friends or souvenirs from my travels, so when I had my tea I remembered the circumstances in which I received the tea with fondness.

Lessons & tips: Stick to it but take breaks to keep yourself from getting totally burned out.  Remind yourself that you bought the product because you wanted to try/consume it...and remember that tea you've already bought doesn't cost anything, but tea at a coffee shop is around $2 each!

Resources: Some of the local coffee shops were willing to give me hot water without much grumbling.  Sharing with friends was nice, too. :)
