How to get over my panic and anxiety disorders
How I did it: I hesitate to say I'm "over" everything, but since I rarely get panic attacks and am able to control them quickly, I think I'm doing great. I'm a million times more comfortable with everything I used to be afraid of, and as such, my life is much more fulfilling now. I meet new people, have a few drinks, drive, go new places, and take more risks. Life is much better this way.
Lessons & tips: Just keep trying, even if you're scared. Avoiding things doesn't make them any easier.
