How to do 50 pushups
"Finished my 50.. now on to 100!"
How I did it: I've been following the program over at hundredpushups.com.. I just hit my goal of 50 consecutive pushups as part of the week 5, day 3 workout.. the whole workout came out to 201 pushups total!
Lessons & tips: I've found that it helps me if I look forward toward the wall instead of looking down at the floor. It helps keep my back straighter.
