travelyogatrance is ready for Summer ~ Beautiful Living Is Super Simple
Just go?
If only it were that easy!! Then everyone who wanted to travel would be doing it.
There’s that peskly little something [money] that always seems to get in the way…
How I did it: Lived in Russia, US, Australia, Vanuatu and traveled to UK, SE Asia, India and Japan. Sure there are plenty more places to visit then I have already been to, but traveling and moving around has become so easy for me now. It is an integrated part of my life so I am sure I will see most corners of the world before long.
I no longer see it a goal to strive for but rather a goal I am living hence moving it off to the "Done" list.
Lessons & tips: Just go.

PolinaK is clarifying her goals
There are endless resources available online that point to many different ways of financing travels, some are:
1. Have a portable job (my preferred option, I am a web developer) where you can work through the internet, others include writer, translator, freelancer of any kind
2. Do odd jobs in the place you travel to
3. Seek out working holidays where the job placement is arranged before you travel
4. Create an income stream, checkout www.fourhourworkweek.com for some practical ideas.
5. If studying apply for a foreign exchange program (counts for my 1 year in US while in school)
That’s just what I know without even researching the topic in detail, if one was to actually research and seek out various money making ways the list would be endless.
I do not think it is the money that stop people, but something else because there are so many ways to make the money. Hence the advice, just go.
