How to beat my depression by PCAB

How I did it: recognizing what my triggers were and not focusing on them    .

I"m not completly past it. It comes and goes but I feel good enough that I feel like I'm over the hump. 
Genuine thanks to everyone that cheered me on this. They really do help.

eclectic passion is grateful to the people here on 43T that appreciate my quirks :)

No cheers left but

...this is great! I have also suffered from depression and about a year since I was first diagnosed, I’m finally almost better (like you I still have ups and downs, but I feel I’m over the worst part. Not saying it won’t ever return, as it probably will, but now I know what the warning signs are and hopefully I’ll be able to nip it in the bud next time.)

It comes and goes but I have a better handle on it when it gets on me.
The people here help a lot.
Bringing people up with their goals helps keep some of the stink on the inside down.
