How I did it: I wanted to raise money for a local childrens charity and this gave me the motivation to skydive. Something I would probably have backed out on otherwise! I booked though a company and awaited the big day. It was too cloudy, so rebooked again and again, waiting for the perfect day. When finally it was sunny and not gusty, we were the first people to jump out of the plane and it was fantastic!

Lessons & tips: Perhaps do this in a country that does not suffer from British weather!!
