How I did it: After forgetting about this goal, and a very long time, a friend of mine rang me up and suggested I start going to yoga with her. So I've started taking a gentle vinyasa flow class once a week. After all the dithering around at home, going out into the world and taking the class has worked. After only one class I felt really good. The tension in my jajw and shoulders dissolved and I slept like a baby afterwards.
Lessons & tips: I prefer taking my own props, mat, etc, to class. Our yoga neighbors are our friends, but still, the germs...
