How I did it: I moved to an other city and stayed with the same company. I'm a Barista. It means I make espresso-based Coffees. I get Latte Art trainings (making figures in coffee) and I started in a fresh team. Everybody is friends now and the 6 of us have parties at home and really enjoy working with each other. Now that's what I call a GREAT job :o)
