How to take my vitamins everyday
How I did it: I’ve tried my whole life to take vitamins regularly. Bought all the trendy supplements, the sorting holders, tried leaving myself notes, every trick in the book, all with no success. I would make it a couple of weeks tops and then the hectic pace of life would eliminate all thoughts of vitamins from my mind until things quiet back down and I realize just how badly I suck at taking vitamins. So a month or so ago I started having some medical tests done and along with a cornucopia of other meds, my doc strongly urged me to start taking daily vitamins. (Ugh! My albatross!!) So like a good little patient I bought some vitamins and set them with the rest of my meds on my bathroom sink. So far I’ve managed to take them everynight for over a month which for me is a world record. And truthfully, I begrudgingly have to say I am noticing a slight difference… for the better. Enough that I think the vitamins are here to stay!
Lessons & tips: I never put my vitamins away. My bathroom sink may look cluttered but they are contant reminders to take my meds & vitamins everyday. Impossible not to remember when I'm forced to stare at the bottles the whole time I'm brushing my teeth! :)
