How I did it: After high school my body kept changing and I guess my baby fat sort of fell off naturally, and now I'm lean and happy with my weight. I was never really fat, but I was kind of thick I guess. Now I'm slender.
Lessons & tips: Don't think about food so much. Occupy yourself with other things. Don't worry about eating at specific times just because you're "supposed" to. Listen to your body's natural cues to tell you if you are truly hungry or not.
