How to exercise regularly
How I did it: I had been trying to get into the habit of exercising regularly for some time prior to actually doing it. I had tried cycling every Saturday or Sunday, doing yoga every second weeknight and occasionally going hillwalking. Unfortunately, I was unable to keep this up.
However when I started university I decided to join the Dance team. As I hadn't received dance lessons since I was Seven I was quite nervous. However I enjoyed it and because I had paid money to join it meant that I kept going back to get my money's worth.
I am now the secretary of the team and also received "Best Attendance" at the end-of-year dance show.
Lessons & tips: I would suggest joining an exercise club. This was you have already put time aside for your chosen activity and the fact that you put money into it means you'll want to get it back.
