How to exercise regularly
"Just do it"
How I did it: All you need to do is force yourself. Ignore comfort, ignore that overpowering voice in your head that tells you that not doing anything is soo much more worth it. Because it's not.
Get up, put on a pair of running shoes, and do some sprints. Ignore any objection your body has. Then you will discover what mind over matter is.

I did that
Today.. was staring at my dumbells, so i put on sum music and got lost in the workout for 30 minutes.. felt awsome :)
