How to get down to 9 stone

How I did it: I joined Weight Watchers. Their programme really works and once you get the hang of it, it's really easy to fit into your day to day life. I went to the meetings every week without fail (If I knew I would be unavailable for a meeting, i went to one at a different time) and stayed for the duration.
Lessons & tips: Be strict with yourself. Decide how badly you really want it, and if u want it enough, it makes it much easier to control your urges.
