How to lose 100 pounds
How I did it: basically followed my own eating system - which worked out to be alot like the Hackers Diet (www.hackersdiet.com)
I choose not to exercise. If you hang your weight on exercise - then as soon as you get lazy - you're going to gain it back. I'll just stay obsessed about food and not eating - thats hard enough for a lifetime commitment.
Lessons & tips: Its easier if you choose to be unhealthy for a short time and get the weight off as quickly as possible... simply because you can see the changes - which reinforce the idea that you are succeeding. As soon as I started trying to lose the "slow and healthy way" my frustration level climbed to the point of decided failure.
Dont expect to look in the mirror and not see what everyone else sees. I still see me as fat - while everyone around me is ga ga about my losses.

Hey, thanks for the link to Hackers Diet.
I just LOVE the adjusted trend chart. I gained this morning, but knowing that the red line kept going down stopped me from deciding I was a failure in need of chocolate for breakfast and something deep fried for lunch.
It’s usually the little blips in me weight that get me down when I’ve generally been doing well, so thanks for the link to something that’ll keep me sane :)
