How I did it: WBadger made up a great goal to share movies with others and like-minded folks joined and traded movies to watch and comment on back and forth.

He made a fair and great schedule and left everyone open to picking the movie of their choice.  This was a great treat, as I ended up watching a few movies I had meant to watch forever, found some I'd not known known about and had fun revisiting some older movies. 

He made an open comment thread for people to put up their own reviews and opinions.  It's always great to see how a film (or anything) impacts people differently.  Or how some people are taken in by different details.

I'd join a goal like this again on an invite-only basis.  :)

Lessons & tips: In the future, I'd make this a invite-only goal.  It's important to have individuals that are going to be open to other's selections, be willing to provide their own opinions and be supportive of the goal as a whole.  When the goal was started, I don't think this was anything anyone could foresee.   

Other than that, the adjustments Badger made were exactly right - he announced the next film partway through the viewing time so people could load up their Neflix queues; he gave everyone 2 weeks to watch movies and extended it during the holidays.  Everyone that was really into the goal was super-supportive.
