How to drink less alcohol

How I did it: I was unhappy, and I was self-medicating. Once I realized I wasn't the fun buzzy girl, I was the grumpy, weepy, angry girl--I knew I would have to change. I have kids to be an example for. Little by little, each week I cut back and now I drink only once or twice a week at most. Usually it's less. I've lost weight and i've mended relationships. It's totally worth it.
