How I did it: meet different types of people. Prepare to meet with people that you can work with and people that you could just beat them up because of disagreements but it is a mutual understanding to put aside all immaturity as priority is for the video to completed and submitted within located time.

Resources: It is important to have a computer program that you are comfortable with. In my case, I spend a lot of time editing on Final Cut Pro and Garageband.
