How to drink more water
"it was as hard as it was to start flossing"
How I did it: kept trying to force myself to drink, it can be a pain trying to force it down, but eventually you'll be a chuggin and pissin machine.
honestly, i have to drink more water. i felt sluggish so i thought that i needed more energy drinks (ie monster, red bull, coffee). truth is, these drinks made me crash. with good ol (cheap) water, i can drink it in class and it will keep me awake. i also feel better and more active in my workouts. overall, i kept forcing water on myself because i felt that my excelling and focus in everything i did was dependent upon the amount of water i was taking in.
Lessons & tips: have a bathroom close by.
Resources: carry around a 1 litre bottle wherever you go and keep filling it up.
