How to be thankful everyday
"Being thankful means being aware of the present moment and being always grateful."
How I did it: Sometimes day would pass by and forgotten. Every day is unique. Good or bad, everything has a meaning and purpose.
Set time everyday to reflect and write down all those that we need to be thankful about.
It may be as simple as the fresh morning air or the time when chances have saved your life.
Lessons & tips: Have time to meditate and reflect on the things, people and events that need to be honored with gratitude.
