How I did it: I started by researeching agencies to go with and after narrowing down my search I settled on EF. From there I filled out a scholarship application and when through the whole process of applying. A few months later I found out i was accepted and left for Costa Rica 2 months after that. It all happened so fast, I couldnt believe it.

Lessons & tips: Try not to make friends with people who speak your native language, keep our mind open, try different things and to fight off homesickness keep yourself busy.
