How to put on weight
"I feel great!"
How I did it: I made sure to eat breakfast, and eat lots of healthy food. I attempted to eat at least 2000-2500 calories/day and sometimes managed as much as 3000 calories/day. Always eat as healthy as possible, and stay active. I went to the gym at least once a week and worked on strength training. I cycled to work on good days (14 miles roundtrip) and to school everyday (2 miles roundtrip). I cut back on alcohol. I now weigh 153 lbs, up from ~115 in high school and ~125 lbs. a few years ago. Still shooting for 160, but I feel very comfortable at this weight.
