"Absolutely *thrilled* to achieve a healthy goal every day for a month!"
How I did it:
Today was the final day!! Yea!!!!! I made it ;)I have to say it was an interesting experiment… several times I thought I wasn’t going to make it, but I was absolutely committed to this (cause it’s a healthy habit to have :) and FOUND a way to have this happen! There was even one time (on Christmas Day) where I resolved to the fact that I went 25 days straight and was going to miss the goal (I ran out of apples and was focused on traveling and celebrating my birthday… whoo hoo lol)... but the Universe saw my commitment and helped me meet my goal.I’m a little tired of apples, but I’d like to keep the habit going as a healthy lifestyle change.very awesome :)
Lessons & tips: Stock up on apples for the week, that way when you run low, you've always got a backup supply.... I also set myself up to win by putting an apple next to my keys the night before so I don't forget to grab one the next day :)I found that I ended up going to the store more but buying LESS and only buying food that I was actually going to eat!
- Trader Joes 3lb bag of apples (small but cheap!)
- Farmer's Market (on the day we were traveling!!! omg!)
- The fruit bowl at the front desk of the hotel I was staying at (true story... this was what SAVED my butt from missing this goal!!)
