How to get out more
How I did it: I'm pretty introverted and lack transportation, but I really needed to not be in the house as much as I'm inclined to. The biggest thing that's helped is exercise goals that involve the outdoors (swimming and tennis) and getting annual passes to our local theme parks - (pondering ones to the zoo as well.) I really like to get my money's worth!
Lessons & tips: Think of something you love doing, and start there.
Resources: A major thing that helped was finding out I was (unsurprisingly) deficient in Vitamin D. Taking a supplement gave a much needed energy boost to make it happen.
