How to lose 30 lbs. by Sept. 1st, 2008
"By going to weightwatchers, I was able to lose weight."
How I did it: I joined weightwatchers the first of June, resolving to lose 30 pounds by September 1st. I was good at staying within the right number of points and exercising, but had only lost 25 pounds by my target date. I'm still losing weight, though, so am on my way to 35 by the end of October.
Lessons & tips: Weightwatchers has been very good for me. The meetings are good support and when you have people to talk with once a week, you don't tend to bug others around you about it as much.
Resources: Their I-tools are terrific. I really believe they are one main reason I have been successful
