How to daily: Reflect on 5 things for which I'm grateful.

How I did it: I just bought a journal on sale and use it for my 5 things only. Then each night before bed I write them down. If I am too tired, I do it the next day - don't give up if you skip a day, it's for you not against you.
Lessons & tips: when you are stuck, be grateful for the journal, your room, the sound of the rain, your dog, your spouse, etc.
