How to appreciate who I am, what I have, and where I am in my life
"This is an ongoing adventure!"
How I did it: I took time to evaluate where I had been and where I wanted to go. I took time to write down things that made me thankful and happy. I researched strengths and figured out what mine were. I changed jobs so I could be doing something more in line with who I was and what made me happy.
All of this self reflection and self discovery was great but I learned that this goal is never really done. You have to keep doing this time and time again.
