How to get rid of my chronic muscle spasms
"FINALLY."
How I did it: I started going to physical therapy. That helped, but not completely. Then one day, I spoke with my friends and got a lot off my chest. And I realized that stress was a huge cause of my pain. Okay, I'm not a doctor but I do know that stress has so many physical consequences on our body. And once I got rid of a lot of the stress in my life, I was more relaxed, less agitated, and I haven't had the muscle spasms for a year now. Praise the Lord.
Lessons & tips: Significantly lower the stress in your life. That could help alleviate physical symptoms you're experiencing.
