How to be able to sit up for an entire day
"Four years ago, I was sick and mostly confined to bed. By persevering, I am healthier, stronger and happier than ever. Now I'm starting a new exercise regimen. I let you know how that worked this time next year."
How I did it: One step at a time. Also, the FDA approved a new drug for the treatment of Fibromyalgia that has helped relieve some of the pain I feel on a daily basis.
Lessons & tips: Don't give up. Always move forward, never turn back.
