How to stop drinking caffeine

How I did it: I was really only on average drinking about 12 ounces of caffeinated pop or coffee a day (typically only a can of pop or small latte) so it was probably easier for me than, for example, 5-cups-a-day coffee drinking folks.
I have really bad circulation and it is currently really cold where I live. I've had trouble with frostbite on my toes for years. On top of that, I've been trying really hard to get more sleep. So I just waited until I was out of all the caffeinated drinks in my house and didn't buy any more.
It is day 7 - now just a mild headache in the afternoon. Days 2 and 3 were the worst (out of commission afternoon of day 2 - bad headache).
