How to stretch every day
How I did it: I decided stretching daily would make me feel better and solve a lot of my problems. I observed women at the gym and took part in some personal fitness classes at school - I also read about good ways to to stretch online. It didn't take much time at all to figure out the basics and try them out.
The first week was a bit tough, just remembering to do it. But I fell right into the groove of things in no time at all. I don't necessarily exercise or work out when I stretch, I just make sure to do it each morning and each evening after a long day at work or school. It feels wonderful.
Resources: The net is your best bet, especially if you aren't registered at a gym or have a big social network. There are so so many resources available online. Google is your friend!
