How I did it: I've only recorded 70-odd things, but since I started this goal in the fall I can safely say that I experienced at least 30 other new things during the earlier part of the year. I'm definitely doing this again for 2010!
Just make an effort to think about the things you've done over the day or week and post them. Having this as a goal also really makes you look forward to the things on your calendar that you know are going to be new experiences!
