How to slim down to a 29 inch waist
How I did it: Swimming, erging, running, yoga, weights, all took partial inches off. If I eat well I can maintain weight loss, but it's really the exercise that takes it off the waist for me. Working out at least three days a week plus eatting good veggie based food is so good :)
Lessons & tips: Don't be too harsh on yourself - have it as a long time goal for changing you're health habits rather than a "I want to starve myself into this dress" sort of goal.
