How I did it: I signed up for some fitness classes months ago but stopped going. I realised that I was wasting a lot of money by not going and I didn't want to quit the classes because I would feel like I failed + I wanted to get fit.
I got up at 6 in the morning, which is usually impossible for me but I thought to myself how easy I had it and that there are many people out there that have fought in wars or have difficult jobs with no sleep. I then realised getting up early would be easy.
I don't want to stop going to the classes now and getting up early is easy!
Lessons & tips: Try to visualize how good you will feel in the future when you have been going to the fitness classes. This helped me get motivated
