How to keep a gratitude journal
"We all have so many blessings to be grateful for... we just need to count them!"
How I did it: 43things helped me challenge myself to putting in writting what I otherwise just recite mentally when I say my prayers every night.. what I really like about writing 5 things I'm thankful for every day, is that when I feel down I can always go back and read previous entries and cheer myself back up!
Lessons & tips: There are so many things in life to be thankful for... we just need to focus more on the positive and appreciate more what we have!
