Eating more has always been sort of a hobby of mine. Other people, the haters, call it gluttony. But I love my food!
How to eat more

How I did it: I realized that my body needs food to stay healthy. Nothing excessive, just enough to look good, and stay fresh. =) Eating more also made me eligible to donate blood by meeting the weight requirement!
Lessons & tips: I think that your stomach adapts to however much you eat on a regular basis. Start small - eat a little more each time you have a meal. It'll be a lot easier and after a while you won't even think about it!
