How to 64oz water, 30-90 minutes moderate exersize, vitamin, nutritionally concious eating, sparkle with hygenic awesomeness, get enough sleep to wake up and comfortably start my day, every day. (First 7 days).
How I did it: I made a chart with check boxes for each day/task.
I am using a small notebook as a diet journal and limiting and recording intake/increasing and recording output.
I am taking in as much relevent information as I can and working it into my program.
I am going over my diet journal to check for hidden calories.
I am watching any program with healthy information and Dr. Oz suggested on tv the other day that it's building muscle mass that makes us better looking, so I'm learning more about how to build lean muscle in the following week.
I am not beating myself up for not checking off one box when all the others are completed.
