How to get up earlier
"It is amazing what I can accomplish in one day when I wake up early."
How I did it: First I put my alarm clock on the other side of the room. Now I have to physically get out of the bed to turn it off, which helps prevent me from crawling back under the covers. I also set the alarms on my phone to go off every 10 min for a half hour before my alarm clock goes off. Another trick is to set your alarm for the same time every day, even weekends. That way your body just gets used to waking at a certain time every day. After 6 months, I am now awake everyday by 8am.
