How to exercise regularly
"It was tough at first and sometimes I didn't want to go to the gym, but I just kept telling myself that the end result would be worth my effort."
How I did it: I belong to a great gym that offers tons of different classes for free (or $1 per class). I got really into a spinning class and even bought the special shoes as a way to motivate myself to go. Spinning is tough and I sometimes hate being in the class, but it is 45 min and I'm done for the day. Plus, I feel so great and fit when I leave.
