How to drink more water
"I do actually feel better."
How I did it: I got a Klean Kanteen and I fill it twice a day (minimum) using the filtered water from my refrigerator. I carry it with me everywhere, to the point where now...I feel naked without it. It's 40 oz, so if I finish it twice, I know I've had all of my water for the day.
Lessons & tips: Get one of the sports tops and leave it just a little loose at the top, otherwise the airflow doesn't work and you'll make some embarrassing noises.
Also, put a teaspoon of FiberSure in there. Yeah, maybe you'll make some other embarrassing noises, but you'll sure feel good and lose a little weight, too!
