How to practice mindfulness
"Very easy and difficult at the same time. Patience is important, and not judging oneself."
How I did it: I read quite a few books. Practiced on the bus, when walking around and before going to sleep. The key word is acceptance. Accepting what happens to me, observing my own reactions and not trying to label everything and everyone. Being in the moment. Sounds easy, but it's not so easy.
Lessons & tips: Don't give up too quick, it takes time. Find a simple routine in every day life and stick to it.
