How I did it: I did Fully Committed by Becky Mode. It was something like 37 characters and 90 min. I started memorizing it in january and then preformed it in march. I ate worked slept played breathed and shit that script. I never was anywhere without it. You have to dedicate yourself. And have a great director that will work with you and tell you what works and what doesn't...but its not about rehearsals...its about you dedicating yourself.
