"In your life, remeber that YOU will always be there... so be aware of yourself every single time you can."
How I did it:
- Got tired of been unmotivated to move, eat or take action.
- Accepted all of me and taking responsability for my state of mind.
- Started to be aware of every day actions-thoughts that made a difference in my emotions.
- Communication, communication, communication! (with my mind - I started to be honest to myself).
- The most important of all: I sticked to my personal commitment to improve my life. No matter what.
Lessons & tips: It will never end, but that is the beauty of it, you can get better at dealing with obstacles that comes your way. Expect this: You will change and grow, no matter how you deal with your issues. Breakdown of old habits.
- Read books, articles on the web - about: selfhelp in general or for specific habits-family issues.
- For down days, get negative emotions OUT one way or
another, so look for your liberation tools. For example, listening or
playing music, writing or doing a sport - hobby, watch a comedy movie-tv series or drawing. - List everything that motives you into action, make a plan(s) to keep growing.
