How I did it: Never made a cake from scratch because I never really thought about it. I also never really thought that it would make a difference… but OH MAN my cake was delicious! I made mississippi mud cake. I found the recipe on foodnetwork.com and the recipe is from Emeril. It really wasn’t that hard to make at all. Soo worth it, and fun to make.

Lessons & tips: Make sure you have everything all together and measured out before you start, it makes it a lot easier.
