How I did it: Its not that im not active, but im not a runner at all. At first, I could only do maybe a lap on the treadmill, but after trying and pushing myself , I finally did it ! And I havent stopped running! My timing is improving and Im hoping to do a few races this year!
Lessons & tips: Dont ever stop trying, if you stop, then of course you wont finish!

in 2007 I ran the Cooper River Bridge Run in Charleston S.C. It was 6 miles, did it in one hour and nine min. Keep up the hard work. Here it is 2010 and I could not run 1/4 of a mile today…..Hope you are still running
