How to quit Smoking
"Challenging but 150% worth it. I'd do it 100 times over if I had to!"
How I did it: I had my last cigarette just before midnight on New Years Eve. I haven't had one since. I quit cold turkey. I did it for myself, for my family, but most of all just for my own health..
Lessons & tips: This is the #1 thing you can do for yourself and your health. It isn't that hard, take it one day at a time, if you slip up just try again, don't stop trying!
