How to finish knitting my Carbon Twist Discovery sock
"My fourth pair of hand-knit socks..."
How I did it: And the first pair made of fingering weight yarn that actually fits.
I made a coral pink horseshoe cable pair that's too large (although they're still pretty comfy with slippers). My other socks were of sport and DK yarns.
What's great is that now I have measurements tailored to my foot and can create and adapt patterns that will be more interesting than plain stockinette.
This sock comes from Cat Bordhi's book Personal Footprints for Insouciant Sock Knitters. The yarn is KnitPick's Stroll.
