How to weigh 180
How I did it: I had taken a very physically demanding job and over two months dropped 5 pounds while putting on muscle. This brought me down to 185. I switched to a different job that paid more but was less physically demanding. I started to gain the weight back. This caused me to reevaluate what I was eating on a daily basis.
I started a food journal to try and become more aware and then heard about the benefits of cutting refined sugar out of my diet.
I did the two methods together, weighed myself every morning and recorded it. Without changing anything else I lost 10 pounds in 6-8 weeks. I'm trying to lean out to 170 by maintaining a healthy diet and including more exercise which includes soccer, racquetball and running.
Lessons & tips: Cutting out refined white sugar cut out a lot of excess calories I didn't think I could live without. Cookies, chocolate, pop, sugar in my coffee etc.
Try it over 4-6 weeks and weigh yourself everday at the same time and record it, you'll be surprised by the gradual change!
